MTV is reporting that director, Martin Campbell, has pulled the Superman cameo from the film. In fact, "None of the other DC characters will appear in the film," Campbell stated.
Back in July, Green Lantern writer Marc Guggenheim stated that there would be Clark Kent cameo similar to the Tony Stark moment at the end Hulk.
But as for right now, there is no Clark Kent and Green Lantern meet-up, and no new Superman movie either — just wishful thinking. Of course, we're coming up on the time when DC is supposed to be unveiling the projects of its newly formed movie production arm, so you never know.

The movie is an original story from award-winning animation/comics writer Dwayne McDuffie ("Justice League") rooted in DC Comics' popular canon of "Crisis" stories. Bruce Timm is executive producer. Lauren Montgomery and Sam Liu are co-directors.
A "good" Lex Luthor (Chris Noth) arrives from an alternate universe to recruit the Justice League to help save his Earth from the Crime Syndicate, a gang of villainous characters with virtually identical super powers to the Justice League. What ensues is the ultimate battle of good versus evil in a war that threatens both planets and, through a diabolical plan launched by Owlman (James Woods), puts the balance of all existence in peril.
Mark Harmon voices Superman, William Baldwin is Batman, Gina Torres plays Super Woman and Bruce Davison voices the President.
The premise of "Crisis on Two Earths" is borrowed from the 1999 Grant Morrison JLA: Earth 2 story, where a heroic Lex Luthor from an alternate universe coming to the Justice League for help against the Crime Syndicate, but it is not an adaptation of that story. The film is the seventh in the line of the DC Universe OriginalAnimated Movies line released by Warner Premiere and Warner Bros. Animation.
