The Internet was also flooded with speculations and "so-called experts" explaining that Superman and all comics in general were metaphors for homosexuality and Christian beliefs. This is very interesting topic for me. As a Superman fan I'm not really sure how I should feel when people try to draw parallels like this. Do you think this kind of speculation is good or bad for the character? And what about all other fictional characters? Is it necessary to look too deep into what they represent??
