For the first time in their 57-year history, TV Guide is giving readers the opportunity to choose the cover of the magazine

 

"Smallville" is among the six choices so fans of the series will certainly want to cast their vote. The winner will appear on the cover of the December 13th issue.

You can vote as many times as you want and the poll remains open through November 1st.
